When choosing your delivery please note that the free delivery option can vary from brand to brand. Some manufacturers offer free delivery and installation whereas others offer free curbside pallet drop off delivery. Where next day delivery is written, you will receive it the next working day as long as your order is received before 1pm.

If the delivery is a Free Courier drop off service you may be able to select your date of delivery. Give us a call on 0191 238 6006 and we can arrange this for you.

We will require a signature upon receipt of delivery. If this is not possible we recommend that you give an alternative delivery address on your order form. Please note that deliveries can be made as early as 8am and as late as 6pm. We may be able to narrow down your delivery timeslot if you give us a call on the day your delivery is due to be made to save you having to wait in the house all day.

If you select Delivery & Position (Ground Floor or via Suitable Lift) or Delivery & Installation (Ground Floor or via Suitable Lift) our installation agent will contact you by telephone to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Please note this delivery service is to the ground floor or anywhere else within your building via a suitable lift. There can be no more than two steps on the delivery route. If more than two steps are required in the delivery process then please complete the quote form.
