Free Delivery

At eSafes we are very proud to offer free delivery on every product you find on our site. All delivery charges included on this website are for within mainland UK only.

When choosing your delivery please note that the free delivery option can vary from brand to brand. Some manufacturers offer free delivery and installation whereas others offer free curbside pallet drop off delivery. Where next day delivery is written, you will receive it the next working day as long as your order is received before 1pm.

If the delivery is a Free Courier drop off service you may be able to select your date of delivery. Give us a call on 0191 238 6006 and we can arrange this for you.

We will require a signature upon receipt of delivery. If this is not possible we recommend that you give an alternative delivery address on your order form. Please note that deliveries can be made as early as 8am and as late as 6pm. We may be able to narrow down your delivery timeslot if you give us a call on the day your delivery is due to be made to save you having to wait in the house all day.

For each product the various delivery options and descriptions are listed with prices on the delivery tab on the product page.

If you select Delivery & Position (Ground Floor or via Suitable Lift) or Delivery & Installation (Ground Floor or via Suitable Lift) our installation agent will contact you by telephone to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Please note this delivery service is to the ground floor or anywhere else within your building via a suitable lift. There can be no more than two steps on the delivery route. If more than two steps are required in the delivery process then please complete the quote form.

If you can find a product anywhere online for cheaper we’ll not only match it,
but give you an additional discount of 2.5% of the reduced price.

Example

•  Esafes sell product for £200. 
•  Competitor sells product for £180.
•  Esafes will match the price of £180. 
•  A further 2.5% discount (£4.50) will be deducted.
•  You pay £175.5. 

Terms and Conditions

1.  The offer only applies on products priced £100 (+ vat) minimum. The price we use is that of the matched price, not our current website selling price.
2.  The discount code can only be used once and is only available on the product that has been price matched.
3.  We must be able to verify the competitor offer via a URL link to the competitor website (web page address). This is the only method of verification we can take.
4.  We reserve the right to exclude certain websites from this promotion if it is found that they are out of date and do not carry current product or pricing details.
